Introduction to Maintenance in the Purchase Orders Value Pack

Maintenance functions allow you to carry out certain updating tasks, usually involving batch processing and encompassing all or many of the records in the affected register. The Purchase Orders Value Pack adds one new Maintenance function to the FirstOffice program: it can be found in the Stock module. To use it, change to the Stock module using the [Select Module] button in the Master Control panel and then select 'Maintenance' from the File menu. The following window appears:

Double-click the chosen item in the list. A specification window will then appear, where you can decide how the function is to operate. Click [Run] to operate the function.
