Communicating with other users in your Standard CRM system

In a multi-user system, you can communicate with the other users who are logged in your Standard CRM system. Open the 'Business Communicator' and click the [Who Is Online] button. This will print a report to screen listing the users currently logged in (only users with Mailboxes will be listed, but the list will include users logged in to every Company if you have more than one). Click a user's name in the list, and then choose whether you want to communicate with them using Skype-to-Skype, SkypeOut, email, text (SMS) or the chat feature built in to Standard CRM.
