Inspecting and Changing Sales Orders

You can change an Order at any time unless it has been closed. To do so, ensure you are in the Sales Orders module and open the Sales Order register by clicking the [Orders] button in the Master Control panel. The 'Orders: Browse' window is opened, listing all Orders. Double-click on the Order you want to inspect or change. The window 'Order: Inspect' will appear. This is identical to the 'Order: New' window described here.

If you have issued a Delivery or Invoice from the Order, some changes may not be permitted. For example, you cannot change a Quantity to a number lower than has already been delivered. You can add new rows at any time, but you cannot insert or remove rows after Deliveries have begun, even if no Delivery has been made from the row in question.
