Customer Items

There may be a requirement from some customers that on your sales order, we should record the customers items number.This setting allows you to record Customer Item number and associate them with your item numbers. In a Sales Order the customer item number can be seen in Flip B and it can also be printed on the Sales Order.

In ‘Customer Items: Browse’ window lists the available customer items. Double-click to modify or click [NEw] to create a new record.


In the ‘Customer Items: New’ window, you should enter the following information:
Customer
You can paste special to the Contacts register to identify for which customer this association between customer item number and your item number is.

Name
This is the customer name which is automatically populated when the Customer number is entered in the Customer field.

Item
In this field you can paste special to your items register to choose the item record from your Enterprise by HansaWorld installation which will be associated to customers item

Name
This is the item description from the item card in items register and it is automatically populated when the item number is entered in the item field.

Customer Item number
In this field enter the item number provided by the customer i.e. customers item number.
