Invoice Status

This report is the same one as that produced by the 'Invoice Status' function on the Operations menu of the Invoice window. It prints a report to screen summarising all aspects of the selected Invoice. The report includes a list of the Items used in the Invoice, together with Quantitites, Unit Prices and Sums. It also shows the payment history.

When printed to screen, the Invoice Status report has the Standard ERP Drill-down feature. In the Invoice History section, you can click on a transaction number (e.g. an Invoice Number, Credit Note Number or Receipt Number) to open the corresponding Invoice, Credit Note or Receipt record. You can also click on the Customer Number to open the Contact record for the Customer.

If an Invoice needs to go through an approval process before it can be marked as OK, the ‘Invoice Status’ report will contain an Approval Status section that you can use to monitor the approval process. Please refer to the description of the Approval Status options on the 'Inv. Address' card of the Invoice window for brief details about the approval process and here for full details.

Invoice No.
Specify the Number of the Invoice whose details are to be shown in the report. You must specify a single Invoice Number, otherwise no report will be produced.
