Loyalty Card Statement

The Loyalty Card Statement displays the points balance on a particular Loyalty Card or Loyalty Cards. The Detailed version of the report will list every transaction from the report period that contributed to the points balance.

The Loyalty Card Statement report has the Standard ERP Drill-down feature. Click (Windows/Mac OS X) or tap (iOS/Android) on any Loyalty Card or Customer Number in the report to open an individual Loyalty Card or Customer record. From the Detailed version of the report, you can also drill down to individual Sales Ledger and POS Invoices and Bar Tabs.

Period
Paste Special    Reporting Periods setting, System module
Enter the start and end dates of the period you want to be covered by the report. The first row of the Reporting Periods setting will be used as the default. For each Loyalty Card, the points balance at the beginning of the period will be printed, followed by the points earned during the period and finally a closing balance for the end of the period.

Loyalty Card
Paste Special    Loyalty Card register, Point of Sales module
To print a card statement for a particular Loyalty Card, enter its Loyalty Card Number here.

Customer
Paste Special    Customers in Contact register
To print a card statement for the Loyalty Card(s) issued to a particular Customer, enter the Contact Number of that Customer here.

Customer Category
Paste Special    Customer Categories setting, Sales Ledger
To print card statements for the Loyalty Card(s) issued to Customers belonging to a particular Customer Category, enter that Customer Category here.

Classification
Paste Special    Contact Classifications setting, CRM module
Enter a Classification Code in this field if you want to print card statements for the Loyalty Card(s) issued to Customers with a certain Classification. If the field is empty, Loyalty Cards issued to all Customers, with and without Classification, will be included in the report. If you enter a number of Classifications separated by commas, only Loyalty Cards issued to those Customers featuring all the Classifications listed will be shown. If you enter a number of Classifications separated by plus signs (+), Loyalty Cards issued to all Customers featuring at least one of the Classifications listed will be shown. If you enter a Classification preceded by an exclamation mark (!), Loyalty Cards issued to all Customers featuring any Classification except the one listed will be shown.

Lists all Loyalty Cards issued to Customers except those with Classification 2.

Lists Loyalty Cards issued to Customers with Classification 1 but excludes those with Classification 2 (i.e. Loyalty Cards issued to Customers with Classifications 1 and 2 are not shown). Note the comma before the exclamation mark in this example.

!1,!2
Lists Loyalty Cards issued to all Customers except those with Classification 1 or 2 or both. Again, note the comma.

!(1,2)
Lists Loyalty Cards issued to all Customers except those with Classifications 1 and 2 (those issued to Customers with Classifications 1, 2 and 3 will not be listed).

!1+2
Lists Loyalty Cards issued to Customers without Classification 1 and to those with Classification 2 (Loyalty Cards issued to Customers with Classifications 1 and 2 will be listed).

Lists Loyalty Cards issued to Customers with Classifications 1 and 2, and to those with Classifications 3 and 4.

Location
Paste Special    Locations setting, Stock module
If you need the calculation of points earned during the period to be made from transactions (Sales Ledger and POS Invoices and Bar Tabs) with a particular Location, enter that Location here.

Function
Use these options to specify the level of detail that you need to be shown in the report.
Overview
The Overview contains a single line for each Loyalty Card, displaying the Loyalty Card Number, Customer Number and Name, opening points balance, Invoice balance during the period (including Sales Ledger and POS Invoices and Bar Tabs), points earned during the period and closing balance.

Detailed
The Detailed version of the report lists the qualifying Sales Ledger and POS Invoices and Bar Tabs individually.

Show cards only with Transactions
By default, a Loyalty Card will only be included in the report if it has a closing points balance. Deselect this option if you would like Loyalty Cards with zero balances to be included as well.
