In all three circumstances, this is the Item being repaired: at other times in this documentation "repair item" has been used when referring to such Items. The term "service item" has not been used, to avoid confusion with Service Items (Items whose Item Type on the 'Pricing' card of the Item record has been set to Service).--- Go back to:
