In normal circumstances, this Transaction will credit the Stock Account of the From Location with a figure based on the Old Unit Price and debit that of the To Location with a figure based on the New Unit Price. If either Stock Account is blank, Hansa will use the Stock Account from the Item Group (if the Use Item Groups for Cost Accounts option in the Cost Accounting setting is on) or that on card 5 of the Account Usage S/L setting. Any difference will be sent to the Stock Gain Account, as specified on card 5 of the Account Usage S/L setting.Once the Transaction has been generated, you can look at it straight away using the 'Open NL Transaction' function on the Operations menu. |
