Time Sheet Rows

This command exports Time Sheet rows.

Period

Paste Special    Reporting Periods setting, System module

Enter the report period. A Time Sheet's rows will be exported if its Registered Date falls in the report period, irrespective of the Date entered on the rows themselves.

Range Reporting    Numeric

Enter the Number (or range of Numbers) of the Time Sheets whose rows are to be exported.

Only Service Items

Check this box if you only wish to export rows representing time (i.e. to exclude materials).

Status

Choose to include rows from approved and/or unapproved Time Sheets in the export. At least one of these options must be chosen for any information to be exported.

Press [Run] to start the export. When it has finished, close the 'Export' window using the close box.
