If your business sells hazardous Items (e.g. chemicals), this setting can be used to display the relevant information on Delivery Notes. Once you have defined your Hazard Levels in this setting, you can assign the appropriate one to each Item using the field on the 'Stock' card of the Item record. You can then ensure this information is printed on Delivery Notes using the "Hazard Level Code", "Hazard Level Comment", "Hazard Level Weight" and "Hazard Level Volume" fields.

On first selecting the setting, the 'Hazard Levels: Browse' window is displayed, showing all Hazard Levels previously entered. Double-click a record in the list to edit it, or add a new record by clicking the [New] button in the Button Bar.

When the record is complete, save it by clicking the [Save] button in the Button Bar or by clicking the close box and choosing to save changes. To close the record without saving changes, click the close box.
