Transaction Registers (period)

You can use this function in the Integration module to export Quotations and Activities from your database.

Every piece of information from both registers will be exported. In the case of Quotations, this includes "parent" information from the Quotation header and information from the rows.

While the 'Transaction Registers' export function allows you to export Quotations in a specified Quotation Number range, this function allows you to export Quotations from a specified period.

This function creates a file with the correct format to be imported into another Standard CRM Company or database.

Period
Paste Special    Reporting Periods setting, System module
If you have chosen the Quotations option below, Quotations whose Quotation Dates fall in the period that you specify here will be exported.

If you have chosen the Activities option below, Activities whose Start Dates fall in the period that you specify here will be exported.

Backup Comment
Enter a short comment describing the contents of the export file (up to 40 characters are permitted). If you try to import the resulting file to another Company or database using the 'Automatic' import function in the System module, this description will be shown in the list of importable files.

Check boxes
Check one or both boxes to specify the registers from where records are to be exported.

Specify
Check one or both boxes to specify which Activities are to be exported. If you do not check one of these boxes, no Activities will be exported, even if you have checked the Activities box immediately above. These options have no effect if you are exporting Quotations.
OKed
Activities marked as Done will be exported.

Not OKed
Activities not marked as Done will be exported.
Confirm by clicking the [Run] button, or cancel using the close box. After clicking [Run], a dialogue box will open, where you can name the export file and specify where it is to be saved.

Enter a name for the file, and click [Save] or press the Enter key.

A message window informs you about the progress of the export process. You can interrupt the process at any time by pressing Esc (Windows) or ⌘-Full Stop (Mac OS X).
