Viewing Activities
You can view Activities using any of four methods:
- From the Task Manager, double-click the Activity Text of any Activity.
- From the monthly, weekly or daily Calendar views, double-click the coloured bar representing a particular Activity.
- Having printed the Personal Calendar report to screen, click the Start Time or Activity Text of any Activity.
- Users that have access to the System module can open the Activity register to view all the Activities that have been entered to the database.
In each case, the 'Activity: Inspect' window is opened, allowing to view the details of the Activity and to change it if required.
