Introduction to Maintenance in the Email and Conferences Module

Maintenance functions allow you to carry out certain updating tasks, usually involving batch processing and encompassing all or many of the records in the affected register. Maintenance functions connected with Standard ERP's Mail facilities are located in the Email and Conferences module. To use them, ensure you are in this module and click (Windows/Mac OS X) or tap (iOS/Android) the [Routines] button in the Navigation Centre. Then click or tap the [Maintenance] button in the subsequent window. The following window appears:

Double-click (Windows/Mac OS X) or tap (iOS/Android) the item in the list that you need. A specification window will then appear, where you can decide how the function is to operate. Click or tap [Run] to operate the function.
