Empty Mailbox

Use this function when you need to remove all Mail from a Mailbox or Conference. You will most commonly need to use this function when you want to delete a Mailbox or Conference, because you can only do this if the Mailbox or Conference is empty.

When you select the function, the 'Specify Empty Mailbox' window will open:

Mailbox

Paste Special    Mailboxes and Conferences

Specify here the Mailbox or Conference that you want to be emptied. Enter * if you want to empty every Mailbox and Conference (do not leave the field empty because then the function will have no effect).

Click (Windows/Mac OS X) or tap (iOS/Android) the [Run] button to empty the specified Mailbox or Conference.
