Send and Receive Email

If you are working in a single-user system, you should use this function to send and receive external mail (email). To do this, first ensure your computer is connected to the internet and that you are in the Email and Conferences module. Then, run this function: open the specification window and click (Windows/Mac OS X) or tap (iOS/Android) the [Run] button. All outgoing external mail in the Email Queue will be sent, assuming you have configured the Email SMTP Server setting. If you have entered any POP3 Servers, any incoming mail will be downloaded from your POP3 account(s) as well.

Note: this function is only to be used in a single-user system. Do not use it from a client machine in a multi-user system.
