To add a Signature to their Mailbox, a user should open their Mailbox and choose 'Open Signature' from the Operations menu (Windows/Mac OS X) or Tools menu (iOS/Android).The Signatures report lists the Signatures that have been attached to each Mailbox. For each Mailbox, the report shows the Mailbox Name and the text of the Signature (or the text "No Signature" if a Mailbox does not have a Signature). If a Mailbox also has a Presentation, there will also be an [Info] text button that you can click (Windows/Mac OS X) or tap (iOS/Android) to open the Presentation.
