Customers without/with Activities

This page describes the Customers without/with Activities report in the CRM module.

---

The Customers without/with Activities report is a list of Customers that you have or have not contacted during the report period (i.e. of Customers that have or do not have Activities in their name). The report will only list Customers, not Suppliers or other types of Contact.

When printed to screen, this report has the Standard ERP Drill-down feature. Click (Windows/Mac OS X) or tap (iOS/Android) on any Customer Number to open the Contact record for that Customer.

Period
Paste Special    Reporting Periods setting, System module
Enter the report period

If you choose the Has no Activities option below, the report will list Customers without any Activities whose Start Dates fall within this period.

If you choose the Has Activities option below, the report will list Customers with at least one Activity with a Start Date in this period.

Activity Type
Paste Special    Activity Types setting, CRM module
If you enter an Activity Type here, the report will list the Customers for whom no Activities with that Type were recorded during the report period, or Customers with at least one Activity with that Type.

Cust. Category
Paste Special    Customer Categories setting, Sales Ledger
Enter a Customer Category here if you would like the report to list the Customers belonging to a particular Category that have or have not been contacted during the report period.

Classification
Paste Special    Contact Classifications setting, CRM module
Enter a Contact Classification here if you need the report to list Customers with a particular Classification that have or have not been contacted during the report period. If you enter a number of Classifications separated by commas, only those Customers featuring all the Classifications listed will be shown in the report. If you enter a number of Classifications separated by plus signs (+), Customers featuring at least one of the Classifications listed will be included in the report. Paste Special    Activity Types setting, CRM module
Enter an Activity Type here to exclude it from the report. For example, if you are listing Customers with no Activities and you specify an Activity Type here, Customers that only have Activities with this Type will be included in the list, as if they had no Activities at all. If you are listing Customers with at least one Activity, Customers that only have Activities with this Type will not be included in the list.

Function
Choose the Has no Activities option to list Customers with no Activities during the report period, or the Has Activities option to list Customers with at least one Activity.

Exclude Period Selection
Select this option if you want the report to ignore the period specified above (i.e. you want to list Customers that have never been contacted at all, or have been contact at least once at any time).
The report is a simple list of Customers with drill-down. The window title and report title will reflect whether you produced the report using the Has no Activities or the Has Activities option:
