Mass Emailing

This page describes the 'Mass Emailing" Maintenance function in the CRM module.

The 'Mass Emailing' function allows you to update the No Mass Letters and No Mass Emailing options in Contact records.

Customers

Paste Special    Customers, Suppliers and Contact Persons in Contact register

Range Reporting    Alpha

Specify here the Customers, Suppliers and Contact Persons that are to be affected by the function.

No Mass Letters

If you select this option, the No Mass Letters box in the selected Customers, Suppliers and Contact Persons will be ticked when you run this function. If you do not select this option, the No Mass Letters box in the selected Customers, Suppliers and Contact Persons will be unticked.

No Mass Emailing

If you select this option, the No Mass Emailing box in the selected Customers, Suppliers and Contact Persons will be ticked when you run this function. If you do not select this option, the No Mass Emailing box in the selected Customers, Suppliers and Contact Persons will be unticked.
