Guest Services List

This page describes the Guest Services List report in the Hotel module.

The Guest Services List is a list of the Guest Services that are scheduled for a particular day or range of days. The report will list Daily Guest Services of all Types, and Specific Day Guest Services that are scheduled for the date that you specify when you produce the report. Please refer here for details about Guest Services.

You can also produce Guest Services List reports using the following methods:

  • To list the Guest Services booked by the Guests in a particular Reservation, open the Reservation in a record window, go to the 'Guest' card and press the [Guest Service List] button. The report will list Daily Guest Services of all Types, and Specific Day Guest Services that are scheduled for the current date.

  • To list the Guest Services booked by a particular Guest, open the Guest record in a record window and select 'Show Guest Service List' from the Operations menu (Windows/macOS) or Tools menu (iOS/Android). Again, the report will list Daily Guest Services of all Types, and Specific Day Guest Services that are scheduled for the current date.
When printed to screen, the Guest Services List has the Standard ERP Drill-down feature. Click (Windows/macOS) or tap (iOS/Android) on any Guest Service Number in the report to open an individual Guest Service record.

Period
Paste Special    Reporting Periods setting, System module
Specify the period to be covered by the report. The default will be the current date.

If the period is longer than one day, the report will include the Specific Day Guest Services that are scheduled for each day in the period. It will also include the Daily Guest Services that are scheduled for that period, but these will only be listed once, not once for each day.

Guest Service Type
Paste Special    Guest Service Types setting, Hotel module
Range Reporting    Alpha
If you only need the report to list scheduled Guest Services with a particular Guest Service Type, specify that Type here. You can also enter a range of Types separated by a colon (:).

Count
By default the report will list Guest Services individually as illustrated below. If you select this option, the report will instead simply show the number of Guest Services of each Type are scheduled for the report period.
