Operations Menu - Rental Item - Update Apx Basic Price

This page describes the 'Update Apx Basic Price' function on the Operations menu in the Rental Item record window. If you are using iOS or Android, the 'Update Apx Basic Price' function is on the Tools menu (with 'wrench' icon).

You can use the 'Update Apx Basic Price' function when you need to update the Apx Basic Charge Price field on the 'Accessories' card to the Base Price currently in the Item record for the Invoice Item. This field is read-only so it's not possible to change it by typing. To do this, select this function from the Operations menu (Windows/macOS) or Tools menu (iOS/Android). The new Base Price will be brought in immediately, but note that this change will not be saved until you press [Save] (Windows/macOS) or tap √ (iOS/Android).
