Item at Site
This page describes the Item at Site report in the Rental module.

The Item at Site report is a list of the Rental Items that you are currently renting out. The report shows the renting Customer for each unit (Number, Name and first line of the Address), the Item Number and Description, the Serial Number if appropriate, the Reservation Number (with drill-down) and the Customer Order Number.

- If you need the report to list the Rental Items currently being rented by a particular Customer, enter the Contact Number of that Customer here. The Customer of a Rental Item is the Customer that is specified in the governing Agreement.

- If you want the report to list the Rental Items currently being rented by Customers belonging to a particular Customer Category, specify that Category here.
- You can also enter a range of Customer Categories separated by a colon (:). Note however that the field will only accept five characters so you may prefer to specify the range using only the first characters (e.g. "A:M").

- Enter a Classification Code in this field if you want to list the Rental Items currently being rented by Customers with a certain Classification. If you leave the field blank, Items being rented by any Customer, with and without Classification, will be included in the report. If you enter a number of Classifications separated by commas, the report will list Items being rented by Customers featuring all the Classifications entered. If you enter a number of Classifications separated by plus signs (+), the report will list Items being rented by Customers featuring at least one of the Classifications entered. If you enter a Classification preceded by an exclamation mark (!), the report will list Items being rented by Customers featuring any Classification except the one entered.

- Lists Items being rented by Customers with Classifications 1 or 2.

- Lists Items being rented by any Customer except those with Classification 2.

- Lists Items being rented by Customers with Classification 1 but excludes those being rented by Customers with Classification 2 (i.e. Items being rented by Customers with Classifications 1 and 2 are not shown). Note the comma before the exclamation mark in this example.
- !1,!2
- Lists Items being rented by any Customer except those with Classification 1 or 2 or both. Again, note the comma.
- !(1,2)
- Lists Items being rented by any Customer except those with Classifications 1 and 2 (Items being rented by Customers with Classifications 1, 2 and 3 will not be listed).
- !1+2
- Lists Items being rented by Customers without Classification 1 and those by Customers with Classification 2 (Items being rented by Customers with Classifications 1 and 2 will be listed).
- (1,2)+(3,4)
- Lists Items being rented by Customers with Classifications 1 and 2, and those with Customers by Classifications 3 and 4.

- If you need the report to list the Rental Items currently being rented by a Customer at a particular Delivery Address, specify that Delivery Address here. You can also enter a range of Delivery Addresses separated by a colon (:). A Rental Item will be assumed to be at the Delivery Address specified in the Rental Reservation from which it was issued.

- If you need the report to list the Rental Items currently being rented from a particular Location, specify that Location here. A Rental Item will be assumed to be rented from the Location specified in the Rental Reservation from which it was issued.
