Active Chats

This report is a simple list of the Chats that are active at the moment when the report is produced. An active Chat is one that is open on at least one client machine. The report lists the Chats and also names the participants. The contents of the Chats are not shown.

To produce the report, ensure you are in the Email and Conferences module and open the 'Reports' list. Double-click (Windows/Mac OS X) or tap (iOS/Android) 'Active Chats' in the list and, when the 'Specify Active Chats' window opens, click or tap the [Run] button.
