Introduction to Maintenance in the Sales Ledger

Maintenance functions allow you to carry out certain updating tasks, usually involving batch processing and encompassing all or many of the records in the affected register. There are four such functions available in the Sales Ledger. To use them, select 'Maintenance' from the File menu. The following window appears:

Double-click the chosen option. A specification window will then appear, where you can decide how the function is to operate. Click [Run] to operate the function.
