Introduction to Maintenance in the Sales Support Module

Maintenance functions allow you to carry out certain updating tasks, usually involving batch processing and encompassing all or many of the records in the affected register. There is one such function available in the Sales Support module. To use it, select 'Maintenance' from the File menu. The following window appears:

Double-click the item in the list. A specification window will then appear, where you can decide how the function is to operate. Click [Run] to operate the function.

If you have the Group Invoicing Value Pack, the Sales Support module will contain an extra Maintenance function not shown in the illustration above.
