CRM Examples

The pages listed below use examples to illustrate the CRM module in day-to-day use. In the example, the business is an export business with a number of sales persons who communicate with domestic and foreign firms via phone, fax and email. We shall follow one of the sales persons through a day's work as they use the Task Manager and Calendar .
