Edit Menu

You will usually use the commands on the Edit menu when you are working with the contents of individual fields. If you wish to copy or delete entire records, you should instead use the commands on the Record menu. For each command on the Edit menu there is a keyboard shortcut, e.g. Ctrl-Z (Windows and Linux) or ⌘-Z (Mac OS X) for 'Undo'. These shortcuts are shown in the illustrations above: the Windows version is on the left, the Mac OS X version on the right.
