Introduction to Local Mailboxes

Local Mailboxes allow you to read and change Mail off-line (i.e. when you are not connected to the server). You can log on to the server and download the contents of your Mailbox to a local Company. You can then disconnect from the server, and read and change your Mail when convenient. At the end of the day, you can reconnect to the server and upload the Mails that you have changed (and download once again any Mails that have been created or changed during the day).
