This setting is used to determine how Structured Items are shown on Delivery Notes and Picking Lists (i.e. whether their components are to be listed). To determine whether components are to be listed on Quotations, Orders and Invoices, use the Show Components on Documents check box for each Item.

Print Components: Structured Items are printed on Delivery Notes and Picking Lists. Their components are listed on separate lines underneath, showing names and quantities.
Only Main Items: Structured Items are printed on Delivery Notes and Picking Lists. Their components are not listed.
Summarised Picking List and Delivery Note: This option applies both to Structured Items and to Stocked Items, and is used in the situation where a particular Item has been used more than once in a Delivery (i.e. it appears on more than one row). If you are using this option, the printed Delivery Notes and Picking Lists will contain a single row for this Item, with a total quantity. Items with Serial Numbers will still be listed individually.; If you do not want to use this option every time you can still choose to do so when printing an individual Delivery Note or Picking List.
