Please refer to the following pages for details about creating Project Transactions from other registers:
In some cases, you may need to supply Stocked Items to a Customer as part of a Project without going through the process of creating a Sales Order and Delivery. This may be the case if the only Stocked Item being supplied is a consumable item such as cabling. If so, you can use a Stock Depreciation to supply the Stocked Item. Enter a Stock Depreciation record and specify the Project in the header: The Registered and Invoice Quantities, Price and Cost will all be taken from the Stock Depreciation row (the Price will be taken from the Base Price field on flip D of the Stock Depreciation row, while the Cost will be taken from the FIFO field on flip C). Note that the Base Price field on flip D of the Stock Depreciation row will contain the Base Price from the Item register. If you have specified a different price in the Project Budget or in the Customer's Price List, you may need to check and edit the Project Transactions before invoicing. --- The Project Transaction register in Standard ERP:
