Current Rental Reservations
This page describes the Current Rental Reservations report in the Rental module.

The Current Rental Reservations report is a list of the Rental Reservations that are active at the time of producing the report. These are Rental Reservations in which the Start Date is earlier than the reporting date and the End Date is later.
When printed to screen, the Current Rental Reservations report has the Standard ERP drill-down feature. Click (Windows/macOS) or tap (iOS/Android) on any Agreement Number in the report to open an Agreement record, or on any Reservation Number to open a Rental Reservation.

Customers in Contact register
- If you need the report to list the current Rental Reservations with a particular Customer, enter the Contact Number of that Customer here. The Customer of a Rental Reservation is the Customer that is specified in the governing Agreement.

- If you want the report to list current Rental Reservations with Customers belonging to a particular Customer Category, specify that Category here.
- You can also enter a range of Customer Categories separated by a colon (:). Note however that the field will only accept five characters so you may prefer to specify the range using only the first characters (e.g. "A:M").

Contact Classifications setting, CRM module
- Enter a Classification Code in this field if you want to list current Rental Reservations with Customers with a certain Classification. If you leave the field blank, Reservations with any Customer, with and without Classification, will be included in the report. If you enter a number of Classifications separated by commas, the report will list Reservations with Customers featuring all the Classifications entered. If you enter a number of Classifications separated by plus signs (+), the report will list Reservations with Customers featuring at least one of the Classifications entered. If you enter a Classification preceded by an exclamation mark (!), the report will list Reservations with Customers featuring any Classification except the one entered.

- Lists current Rental Reservations with Customers with Classifications 1 or 2.

- Lists current Rental Reservations with any Customer except those with Classification 2.

- Lists current Rental Reservations with Customers with Classification 1 but excludes those with Customers with Classification 2 (i.e. Reservations with Customers with Classifications 1 and 2 are not shown). Note the comma before the exclamation mark in this example.
- !1,!2
- Lists current Rental Reservations with any Customer except those with Classification 1 or 2 or both. Again, note the comma.
- !(1,2)
- Lists current Rental Reservations with any Customer except those with Classifications 1 and 2 (Reservations with Customers with Classifications 1, 2 and 3 will not be listed).

- Lists current Rental Reservations with Customers without Classification 1 and those with Customers with Classification 2 (Reservations with Customers with Classifications 1 and 2 will be listed).

- If you need the report to list current Reservations for Rental Items whose connected Item records belong to a particular Item Group, specify that Item Group here.
- Item Classification

- If you need the report to list current Reservations for Rental Items whose connected Item records have a particular Item Classification, specify that Item Classification here. You can also construct a complex search string using the +, ! and * characters as described under Customer Class. above.

- If you need the report to list current Reservations for Rental Items belonging to a particular Rental Item Group, specify that Rental Item Group here.
- Location

- If you need to see a list of current Rental Reservations with a particular Location, specify that Location here. If you do not specify a Location, the report will contain separate sections for each Location used in the selected Rental Reservations.
