If you are using iOS or Android, the 'Availability' function is on the Tools menu (with 'wrench' icon).--- The 'Availability' command prints to screen an Availability report for the Rental Quotation currently open in a record window. This report will list the Serial Numbered units of each Item listed in the Quotation that are available for rent during the report period. It will also show the quantities of any non-Serial Numbered Items listed in the Quotation that are available. You must enter at least one Rental Item and a Location in the Quotation and save it before selecting the command, otherwise an empty report will be produced. The report period will begin at the Quotation Start Date. The report period will run to the End Date in the Quotation if you have specified one or to the end of the first period specified in the Reporting Periods setting. A Serial Numbered unit will be shown as available in the report if it has not been booked at any time during the report period, so a long report period may result in some Serial Numbered units not being listed in the report if they have future Reservations. If the Quotation does not have an End Date and the end of the first period specified in the Reporting Periods setting is earlier than the Quotation Start Date, you will be told "Erroneous date" when you select the command.
