If you are using iOS or Android, the 'Update Contact Persons' function is on the Tools menu (with 'wrench' icon).--- If a Contact is a Customer or Supplier, you can use the 'Update Contact Persons' function when you need to update all its Contact Persons with the latest Invoice Address details. After changing the Invoice Address in the Contact record for a Customer or Supplier, save the record and then select this function from the Operations menu(Windows/macOS) or Tools menu (iOS/Android). The new Invoice Address will be copied to all connected Contact Persons. Other contact details (e.g. telephone number, mobile, Delivery Address etc) will not be copied as Contact Person records are likely to contain personal numbers (e.g. extension numbers).
