The Serial Number History report is located in the Stock, Internal Stock, Rental and Service Orders modules. Please refer here for full details. Note that this report only tracks the purchase and sale of Items with particular Serial Numbers, it does not show their subsequent service history. However, if you use Items In and Items Out records to record the movements of Items into and out of your service stock (internal stock), you will be able to see these movements in the report if you produce it using the Show Internal Stock Movements option.
