Various localised export functions are available in the Sales and Purchase Ledgers for this purpose. You usually cannot enter or modify records to the Withholding Certificates setting yourself: you can only view them. To do this, first ensure you are in the Purchase Ledger. Then, if you are using Windows or Mac OS X, open the settings list by clicking the [Settings] button in the Navigation Centre or using the Ctrl-S/⌘-S keyboard shortcut and then double-click 'Withholding Certificates' in the list. If you are using iOS or Android, select 'Settings' from the Tools menu (with 'wrench' icon) and tap 'Withholding Certificates' in the 'Settings' list. The 'Withholding Certificates: Browse' window will be opened, listing all existing Withholding Certificates. Double-click (Windows/Mac OS X) or tap (iOS/Android) a record in the list to edit it. If you need to allow certain users to enter records directly to the Withholding Certificates setting, you can do so using Access Groups, by giving them Full access to the 'Creating Withholding Certificates' Action. Note however that as soon as a user saves a Withholding Certificate, no further changes will be possible, except in one circumstance. If you have also granted the user Full access to the 'Editing Withholding Certificates' Action, that user will be able to edit the Certificate No. field (only). The Payment register in Standard ERP:
