FirstOffice will load the database named "1Office.HDB". If this is not present in the folder or directory, a new database will be created automatically. If you have a single Company in your database, that will be loaded by default and you will be ready to start work. If you have more than one Company in your database, you will be asked to select one before work can begin. Multi-user Depending on how you shut the server down on the previous occasion it was used, FirstOffice should select the Server module automatically. The 'Server Status' window appears. You can use this window to monitor network activity. For details about shutting down the server, please refer to the Shutting Down page. If the 'Server Status' screen does not appear automatically, click the [Select Module] button in the Master Control panel. Then, double-click 'Server' in the resulting list. The 'Server Status' window will now appear. The server can now be left alone.
