Weeks

Use the Weeks setting to define the Week Numbers that are shown in the six-monthly and monthly Calendar views and in the 'Paste Date' window. Week Numbers can vary from country to country and depending on when the year started.

You only need enter one record to the Weeks setting. You should update this record regularly, so that Week Numbers continue to appear in the Calendar and the 'Paste Date' window. Ensure you are in the System module and click the [Settings] button in the Master Control panel or select 'Settings' from the File menu to open the 'Settings' list. Double-click 'Weeks' in the list. If you have already entered a Weeks record, it will be shown in the 'Weeks: Browse' window. Double-click it to modify, or click [New] to create a new record.

Complete the grid for each year of use as shown in the illustration (there is no need to have the years in order, but you should only enter each year once). Click [Save] in the Button Bar to save, and then click the close box to save the record. The Country should be the same as that entered on the 'Reg' card of the Company Info setting.
