Classification Types
Classification Types are used to divide the
Customer Classifications into groups.
The 'Classification Types: Browse' window lists the available Classification Types: to enter a new item, click the [New] button in the Button Bar. The 'Classification Type: New' window appears: enter the details as appropriate and click [Save] to save the new record.
You can make sure that all Customers are given a Classification belonging to a particular Classification Type. For details, please refer to the description of the Customer Categories setting.
