Viewing Activities

You can view Activities using any of three methods:

1. From the Task Manager, double-click the Activity Text of any Activity.
   

2. From the monthly, weekly or daily Calendar view, double-click the coloured bar representing a particular Activity.
   

3. Having printed the Personal Calendar report to screen, click the Start Time or Activity Text of any Activity.

In each case, the 'Activity: Inspect' window is opened, allowing to view the details of the Activity and to change it if required.
