Introduction

The ‘Hansa BusinessPhone’ window is divided into three sections:

To communicate with a Contact, first find them in the Contact list on the left-hand side of the window, then click once on their name. All contact methods will be listed in the Contact Method list on the right, above the buttons. The Call list in the lower left-hand corner shows the open calls being made by anyone using a Hansa BusinessPhone client. This same list is shown on the master and on the clients.
