Open Invoice Customer Statement
This report summarises the outstanding Invoices of each Customer and thus will be used for debt-chasing purposes. For each Invoice is shown the Invoice Number, the Due Date, the Reminder Level, the outstanding amount and the number of days by which it is overdue. Note that, in all Hansa reports, the number of overdue days is shown as a negative figure.

- If necessary, enter here the Customer Number of the Customer (or range of Customers) you wish to include in the report.

- If you want to restrict the report to Customers of a particular Category, specify that Category here.
- Object

Object register, System module
- Specify an Object to restrict the report to Invoices featuring that Object. This refers to Objects entered at Invoice level, not those entered for Invoice rows. If you enter a number of Objects separated by commas, only those Invoices featuring all the Objects listed will be shown in the report. The Object can identify a department, cost centre etc.

Customer Classifications setting, CRM module (if installed)
- Enter a Classification Code in this field if you want to report on Customers with a certain Classification. If you enter a number of Classifications separated by commas, only those Customers featuring all the Classifications listed will be shown.
- Min. Turnover
- If you only want to include in the report Customers with a certain level of turnover, enter that turnover figure here (in the home Currency). Each Customer's turnover is calculated from approved Invoices entered during the first period in the Reporting Periods setting in the System module, and the figure includes VAT.
- Min. no. of Invoices
- If you only want to include in the report Customers to whom you have issued at least a certain number of Invoices, enter that number here.
- On Date

Current Date
- Enter a date to produce the report for a specific date. All Invoices that were open or due (depending on the choice made below) will be included in the report, while Invoices and Receipts since that date will not be included. If the field is left blank, the current date will be used.
- Invoices
- Specify here whether all Open (i.e. all unpaid) or simply all Due (i.e. those due for payment) are to be included in the report.
- Status
- Check the boxes to remove Invoices marked as Disputed, No Reminder and No Collection from the report.
- Amounts
- The outstanding amounts can be shown in the home Currency (converted using the Exchange Rate shown on each Invoice) or in the Currency of the Invoice.
- Down Payment Receipts Only
- Use this option if you only want to list On Account Receipts (i.e. those without an Invoice Number on flip A) in the report.
