Double-click your choice in the list, or click it once with the mouse and then press the Return or Enter key.You can use the scroll bar to find the item that you want, or you can navigate to and select an option using the keyboard if you so prefer. If you are using the Mac OS X version of Standard CRM, type the first few characters of the name of the option you want and then press the Enter or Return key to confirm your choice. For example, referring to the example illustrated below and assuming 'Customer Statistics' is the item you want, type "customer s". If you are using Windows, repeatedly press the first letter of the option name before pressing Enter or Return. For example, to get to the Customer Statistics report, press the letter "C" on your keyboard twice before pressing the Enter or Return key. When the list window shows a list of documents, it will be accompanied by an Operations menu allowing you to assign a Form to each document (the Form contains the design that will be printed). This is described here. The following example shows the list window from where you can choose a report in the Contact module (if you have any Value Packs or Extra Features, you may see more reports than are shown in the illustration).
