There are five such functions connected with Customers, Suppliers and Contact Persons, which you can find in the Contact module. To use them, ensure you are in the Contact module and click the [Routines] button in the Master Control panel. Then click the [Maintenance] button in the subsequent window. The following window appears:Double-click the item in the list that you need. A specification window will then appear, where you can decide how the function is to operate.
