Operations Menu - Create Mailbox

If you enter a record in the Person register for a Named User, you must then create a Mailbox for them. If you do not do so and the Named User logs in to your Books by HansaWorld system, this will prevent other users from logging in.

To create a Mailbox for a Person, first click on the Person in the 'Persons: Browse' window and then select 'Create Mailbox' from the Operations menu.

The Mailbox is opened in a new window entitled 'Mailbox/Conference: New'. This means that it has not yet been saved. Save the Mailbox by clicking the [Save] button in the Button Bar. Alternatively, if you no longer require the Mailbox, click [Cancel].

Creating a Mailbox for a user is necessary if they want to use the Personal Desktop.
