Individual Settings - Contract Defaults

The Contract Defaults setting is included in the following Standard products:

Use this setting to set defaults for the Factor, Class and Period Type in new Contracts. You can override the defaults in an individual Contract if necessary.

To open the Contract Defaults setting, first click the [Settings] button in the Master Control panel. Double-click 'Contract Defaults' in the 'Settings' list. The 'Contract Defaults: Inspect' window will be opened. Set the defaults as required and then click the [Save] button in the Button Bar to save changes and close the window. Use the close box if you do not want to save changes. For a description of the fields and options, please refer to the description of the Contract window.
