Quotation Settings
This setting contains some miscellaneous options controlling the behaviour of various aspects of the Quotation screen.
- Default Valid Days
- When you create a Quotation, the current date will appear in the Quotation Date field, and the Valid Until Date field will usually be blank. If you want the Valid Until Date field to default a future date, specify here the number of days added to the Quotation Date to calculate the default Valid Until Date.
- Require Quotation Class
- Use this option if you want every Quotation to be assigned to a Quotation Class.
- Disallow Invoicing more than Quoted
- You can convert a Quotation into an Invoice by selecting 'Create Invoice' from the Operations menu of the Quotation window. By default you are allowed to create many copies of Invoices from the same Quotation. Check this box if you would only like to invoice maximum quoted quantities.
