In the Performance Appraisal register, an Interviewer can periodically record ratings for various Performance Appraisal Factors for each Employee.You can use the Performance Ratings setting to construct a list of Ratings that Interviewers will then be able to use as a look-up table when entering Performance Appraisals. To open the Performance Ratings setting, first ensure you are in the Human Resources Management module. Then, if you are using Windows or Mac OS X, click the [Settings] button in the Navigation Centre or use the Ctrl-S/⌘-S keyboard shortcut and then double-click 'Performance Ratings' in the 'Settings' list. If you are using iOS or Android, select 'Settings' from the Tools menu (with 'wrench' icon) and tap 'Performance Ratings' in the 'Settings' list. The 'Performance Ratings: Browse' window will open, listing the Performance Ratings that you have previously entered. --- Settings in the Human Resources Management module:
