Operations Menu - Stock Revaluation - Open NL Transaction

When you mark a Stock Revaluation as OK and save it, a Nominal Ledger Transaction will be created (if so defined in the Sub Systems setting in the Nominal Ledger and in the Number Series - Stock Revaluations setting). The 'Open NL Transaction' function allows you to view that Transaction from the Stock Revaluation.

When you select the function from the Operations menu (Windows/Mac OS X) or Tools menu (iOS/Android), the Transaction will be opened in a new window.

You can use Access Groups to prevent certain users from opening Transactions from Stock Revaluations. To do this, deny them access to the 'Open Transactions from Operations Menu' Action or to the Nominal Ledger altogether.
