Marking Mail as Not Read

This page describes marking mail as unread in Standard ERP.

You can mark any Mail in your Mailbox or in a Conference as unread. You might want to do this so that it retains the 'envelope' icon as a reminder to read it again or to act on it at a later date. To do this, highlight the Mail in your Mailbox or Conference browse window and select 'Mark as not read' from the Operations menu (with 'cog' icon, Windows/Mac OS X) or Tools menu (with 'wrench' icon, iOS/Android). You can also select 'Mark as not read' from the Operations or Tools menu when the Mail is open.
