User Conference Access

The User Conference Access report is a list of Mailboxes, showing the Conferences that they can access. You should control access to Conferences using Conference Access Groups.

Since every Mailbox has access to a Conference that does not have any Conference Access Groups, such Conferences will not be listed in the report. A Mailbox that has no Conference Access Groups can only access Conferences that also have no Conference Access Groups. Such Mailboxes are included in the report, but they are not shown as being able to access any Conferences.

If you would like to see a list of Conferences, showing the users (i.e. the Mailboxes) that have access to each one, use the Conference Access report. $IMAGE086.JPG

Specify a user (i.e. a Person or a Global User) if you would like the report to list the Conferences that the user can access.

By default, the 'Paste Special' list will show Persons. Click or tap the [Global Users] button if you need to see Global Users.

Conference
Paste Special    Mailboxes and Conferences
If you specify a Conference here, the report will list the users that have access to that Conference.

Note that the 'Paste Special' list will contain both Mailboxes and Conferences. If you choose a Mailbox from the list, the resulting report will be empty.
