Quotation Status

This page describes the Quotation Status report in the Quotations module.

The Quotation Status report contains full details of the selected Quotations, including lists of the quoted Items and the connected Orders and Activities. You can also produce a Quotation Status report from an individual Quotation record by opening the Quotation in a record window and selecting 'Quotation Status' from the Operations menu (Windows/Mac OS X) or Tools menu (iOS/Android).

When printed to screen, the Quotation Status report has the Standard ERP Drill-down feature. Click (Windows/Mac OS X) or tap (iOS/Android) on any Quotation Number or Activity Number or Date in the report to open the corresponding record, and on any Person's Signature to produce an Activities, Persons report for that Person.

Period
Paste Special    Reporting Periods setting, System module
Enter the report period. The report will list Quotations with Quotation Dates that fall in the period specified here.

Quotation No.
Range Reporting    Numeric
Enter a Quotation Number or a range of Numbers separated by a colon (:) here if you would like specific Quotations to be shown in the report.

Location
Paste Special    Locations setting, Stock module
This field allows you to restrict the report to Quotations with a particular Location (shown on the 'Del. Terms' card of each Quotation).

Status
Use these options to specify whether Open, Accepted and or Rejected Quotations should be included in the report.
